How long is the certificate valid for?
The certificate of completion is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Refresher training is recommended after this period, or sooner if workplace practices or legislation change.
What does the final assessment include?
The course includes two parts:
Theoretical Assessment: 10 questions (multiple choice & true/false). Learners must achieve a minimum score of 80% within 3 attempts.
Practical Assessment: Unlocks after passing the theory section. Learners must upload 4 short videos (each under 40 seconds) demonstrating correct use of fall protection practices. These are reviewed and assessed by a qualified instructor.
Will I receive a certificate after completing the course?
Yes. Once both the theoretical and practical assessments are passed, learners can instantly download their certificate of completion. This certificate demonstrates compliance with both Irish and UK legal requirements.
