What does the final assessment include?
The course has two parts:
Theoretical Assessment: 10 questions (multiple choice & true/false). A minimum score of 80% is required within 3 attempts.
Practical Assessment: Unlocks only after passing the theory section. Learners must upload 4 short videos (each under 40 seconds) demonstrating correct manual handling techniques. These are reviewed and assessed by a qualified instructor.
Will I receive a certificate after completing the course?
Yes. Once both the theoretical and practical assessments are passed, learners can instantly download their certificate of completion. This certificate can be shared with employers to demonstrate compliance.
